The 37-year-old is pleased that players like Sterling and Rose are beginning to speak out about racism and suggests wholesale bans could help to eradicate the problem.He added: Its amazing that theyre actually talking out about it because its hard.As players on the pitch, its even harder to deal with a play a good game, like Sterling for example.3

Hes managed to juggle it but some people might not be able to manage it.I just think its bad, there are kids in the stadium, theyre teaching their kids that racism is alright.If I was the FA or UEFA, I would just ban the fans completely until its policed properly.
